i dont know how ijji handles it, but if just the "actual location" is used for the surveys offers the actual number can be increased.
there should be programms out which simmulate a different location ......

lets say u live in the usa, so u get the surveys from usa. now u change your loaction and get the surveys from ... france/germany/mexico/brasil/peru....
